- Sale starts at 9am, NO early entry, pre-sales
- NO numbers handed out, first come first serve (usually a line forms at the front door)
- Caring Transitions is not responsible for personal injury, you enter site at your own risk
- All sales are "as is"; "where is"; & "Final Sale" - No Refunds (you must thoroughly inspect for defects)
- We make no claim for total functionality
- Buyer MUST move & load items --- BRING YOUR OWN HELP & TOOLS
- Items can't be removed until fully paid
- Cash or cards accepted, SORRY NO CHECKS!
- No public restrooms
- Please do not enter areas that are "blocked/taped off"
- Mind your kids - if it's broken by you, you buy it!
- PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
- Items not marked are $1...USUALLY!
