PLEASE READ BEFORE COMING INTO OUR ESTATE SALES!!!
(Time to time there can be a line of folks waiting to get in!! I'm really sorry but we can't anticipate which times those will be!!) Please feel free to bring a chair, if you have trouble standing!) There may be times we need to limit folks going into the sale. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Thank you so much for attending and understanding! We appreciate you!
a) ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK... We are not responsible ... David Johnson Estates sales, the homeowner, nor any other person associated with David Johnson Estate Sales is responsible for accidents, injury, or any kind of loss!!!! There are possible stairs, pins, raised door jams, broken glass we try to note everything, but YOU MUST WATCH OUT FOR YOURSELF.
b) First in line, first in the door... We will NOT play favorites. (Sometimes in extreme inclement weather we may hand out numbers so you may sit in your
car but only then)
c) Please bring help to move large or heavy items. We do NO heavy lifting!! NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS
d) ADA - individuals if you need a place to park close you must call 503-984-2998 - 2 days prior to the sale so we can make sure we have a
spot for you, we will only have one spot available, so please plan to have someone drop you off at the driveway, you just can't block the driveway we
use it for pick up only. We Accept: All major credit cards! /I'm sorry we cannot accept checks.
e) At our sales if you are interested in a piece of furniture, it is very important that you pull the tag off the furniture and replace it will a sold sticker. We will have both available. Thank you for shopping with David Johnson Estate Sales.
f) The houses we work in are under 24/7 watch and alarmed. Our sales have security cameras and civilian clothed security present. SHOPLIFTERS will be prosecuted!! If you are caught changing or removing price tags you will be leaving immediately
g) ALL SALES ARE FINAL We provide great shopping experiences. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
