Because some items are very heavy for us, please bring your help to load your larger items like furniture and shop equipment. Please bring bags and boxes. We are not responsible for accidents. All sales are final no refunds. All items are sold as Is. Last sale day $50 and under items half price. Bids / offers are taken on everything else and all to be sold. Terms are cash. We will hold your items for 25 minutes if you need to run to the ATM. I do not discuss pricing prior to the sale. We would love to host your estate sale! Call Glinna at 541-409-4384.
