We are excited to share this MASSIVE SHERWOOD COLLECTORS estate with you.

We accept all credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

RETURN POLICY

The very nature of estate sales is that you are purchasing items on the second-hand market. While we do our best to make sure everything we sell is in working order, we passionately encourage you to inspect all items before you purchase them because, we DO NOT provide returns.

We advise before purchasing anything from us you do the following:

Open boxes and look for missing pieces
Plug in electronics and try them out
Research the item for all necessary parts
Ask questions if you’re unsure

We’re here to help, and we don’t like turning away anybody who asks for a refund, however:
Because most items will usually show some sort of wear-and-tear, and because we have a contractual obligation every week to pay our clients, we DO NOT offer refunds.

The nature of shopping at the secondhand market is that some items may have stains, show wear and tear, have damage, and exhibit other signs that diminish its original retail value. For this reason, you assume the risk of purchasing a damaged product at the time of purchase.

There are no exceptions to this return policy. Please be sure to fully inspect the items you purchase before you purchase them.
Please be sure to bring folks to help you carry larger items. We always have staff available to help you too.

The Rusty Trunk LLC and homeowner are not responsible for any accidents that occur on the property during the estate liquidation sale.

Absolutely no presales!! All sales are first come first serve and that includes agreements emailed or discussed prior to the start date of sale.
The Rusty Trunk can sell anything in our sales as a "lot". If someone ahead of you makes a higher offer-we will of course try to kindly negotiate, but will ALWAYS take the higher bid for our client.

Sunday 10-2 Bag day -Half Price Day-"Make me a reasonable offer"

On Sunday-Most items in the home will be available for free from 1-2PM, with the exception of marked items that we donate to our Veterans of America. The EXTERIOR part of the home and all shops/barns WILL NOT BE available for free items to be taken. We will be doing half price on those items./Bag Day.
