**ABOUT THE SIGN-UP SHEET: Sign-up sheets are put out at 8am on the first day of the sale. The sign-up sheet is only used for the first day of the sale. You do not need to be on the list to gain entry. It is only if you want to be among the first people through the door. Sign-up Sheets are not at every sale. Make sure to check the beginning of the ad to see if there will be a sign-up sheet, and if there is one, you must physically go to the estate sale address to sign up on that list. (We only honor the sign-up sheet that we put out)

Home filled with wonderful useable items; Furniture including Ananda Wood Console Table with Asian Styling crafted in reclaimed wood from Ballard Design, Lamps, Rugs, a lot of unique items as well as Solid Brass items, Full Kitchen including a lot of canned foods, a great selection of Women's Clothes sizes: S-XL, Shoes/Boots/Scarfs/Hats, some hand crafted custom Costume Jewelry and more. There is a fantastic, well known, Bernina 930 Sewing Machine with accessories and some sewing supplies, iRobot Roomba i3, Books, CDs, a Garage filled with tools of all kinds as well as all of the wood crafting machines you would want for your wood shop. There are great Garden Tools too!!
