PDX Estate Warehouse was created as a collaborative effort between PDX Estate Services and ThreeSixty Estate Services. The idea stemmed from our firsthand experience with the overwhelming demand for estate sale services and the realization that there simply weren't enough weekends in a month to accommodate all the estate sale opportunities that came our way. We were determined to find a more efficient solution, which led to the creation of PDX Estate Marketplace.
In addition to our traditional in-home estate sales, we have expanded our offerings to include buyouts and consignments for households facing time constraints or dealing with HOA/neighborhood restrictions that prevent them from hosting conventional estate sales. We are thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable estates we've diligently collected, sorted, priced, and staged. Our vast 20,000-square-foot space is brimming with incredible finds, and we also have additional storage units filled with estate buyouts and consignments eagerly awaiting their turn in the spotlight. So come tackle some early holiday shopping, check out our incredible vintage and mid-century finds, or stop by to support a small business and shop in a sustainable way!

PDX Estate Marketplace – May Warehouse Sale
The showroom is over 90% brand new inventory, and every corner feels like a fresh discovery.
Mother’s Day? Handled. Thoughtful, beautiful, one-of-a-kind finds that feel personal (and way better than a last-minute candle situation - not judgement just wanting to help you up your game).
If you’re a maker, this is your Super Bowl—fabrics, sewing supplies, patterns, notions, and machines in serious volume. And then… the beads. An entire single-consignor collection that’s honestly jaw-dropping—glass, stone, Swarovski, gemstones, minerals. It’s giving “I came for one strand and left with a new personality.”
The HYPE Room is back and stacked—jewelry, collectible toys, watches, knives, Matchbox cars… plenty to tempt everyone, not just the vintage-loving crowd.
Furniture and art this month are especially strong—statement pieces, beautiful craftsmanship, and a mix of vintage and modern (hello West Elm, Dovetail, Ethan Allen). There’s even a full bedroom department this round—beds, dressers (so many good ones), bedding, and French bathrobes that feel like a main character moment.
The garden section is overflowing—plants, statuary, pots, décor, even lawn mowers. Basically, your yard is about to have a glow-up.
And yes—TOOLS. A whole room of them. (We somehow forgot to photograph it… which feels very on-brand.)
One of our favorite moments? The 1990s-inspired entry vignette—a little nostalgic, a little fabulous.
Outside, Sweet Dahlias Coffee will be popping up Saturday morning (7am–noon) behind the building. Grab something cozy before or after you shop—just no drinks inside the Marketplace so we can keep everything safe and spill-free.
A quick heads up: this is a big one, and it can get busy. We’ll have 7 cashiers and a full floor team, but there may be lines at peak times. We promise we’re moving as fast as humanly possible and appreciate your patience more than you know.
