"FAIR WINDS" - Surf Pines Estate/Rummage Sale

This family purchased 10 acres in Surf Pines in the early 1970's when only 40 houses existed, that number is now 350+.

This home and shop were built in 1989-1990 after the owner bought an acre of land from her father in 1989.

She ran a nautical themed store in Cannon Beach called "FAIR WINDS" for 35+ years and has acquired a big collection over that time.

Everything is priced to sell, but there is a good number of high-ticket items as well.

This a full house and shop sale. There is lots of quality made antique/vintage furniture. LOTS AND LOTS of brass collectables and hardware.

Everything and anything nautical, glass floats/bottles, model ships, lamps, paintings, gauges, charts/maps and plenty more sea decor.

Tons of kitchen related items, full dining sets, monkey pod wood party sets and lots of baskets of all shapes and sizes.

Lots of gardening tools, pots and planters, rototillers, John Deere riding lawnmower, weedwhackers, trimmers and anything else you could possibly need to get your garden going this summer!

There is full shop with tons of tools, generators, table saws, band saws, handheld power tools, shelving, rolling toolboxes, compressors, gas cans, concrete tools, sanders, welders and everything else you could need to fill your shop and empty this one!

This is a family operated sale, so we ask for everyone to be patient with us through this process.

We have tried our best to tag everything, but if you find an item without a tag or price, we will happily negotiate a fair offer.

If you want to claim any furniture or bigger items, please bring stickers/tape with your name and phone number to hold the item until we can maneuver it out of the house.

We will have a designated space for items being held during the sale while you shop.

Sunday will be a half-off day for most items; we are willing to wheel and deal and negotiate more discounts on the last day of the sale.
