PDX Estate Warehouse was created as a collaborative effort between PDX Estate Services and ThreeSixty Estate Services. The idea stemmed from our firsthand experience with the overwhelming demand for estate sale services and the realization that there simply weren't enough weekends in a month to accommodate all the estate sale opportunities that came our way. We were determined to find a more efficient solution, which led to the creation of PDX Estate Marketplace.
In addition to our traditional in-home estate sales, we have expanded our offerings to include buyouts and consignments for households facing time constraints or dealing with HOA/neighborhood restrictions that prevent them from hosting conventional estate sales. We are thrilled to introduce you to the remarkable estates we've diligently collected, sorted, priced, and staged. Our vast 20,000-square-foot space is brimming with incredible finds, and we also have additional storage units filled with estate buyouts and consignments eagerly awaiting their turn in the spotlight. So come tackle some early holiday shopping, check out our incredible vintage and mid-century finds, or stop by to support a small business and shop in a sustainable way!

Hello! Here we go...!! Please read through so you know what to expect.
This sale is PACKED, in the best way. Packed with quality, lightly if at all used, volume and everything is so well taken care of.
We absolutely loved working in this house surrounded by all the joys of cooking, (cookbooks!) hobbies such as crafting, quilting, screen printing, photography, art collecting, kayaking, golfing, gardening (sorry, I didn't get photos of the yard stuff...too wet and rainy but it's there!) and so many more goodies.
The books are great, it was hard to not stop and look through them. The furniture is solid and in excellent condition (no kids or pets) either West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate and Barrel and the like and the art. Ohhlaalaa. Matisse. I love it all. I could easily just move in.
It was really hard to capture the volume and quality in photos. I'll name a few names here and give you a few more details.
Women's clothes are primarily size large and a few mediums, the pants are all size 12. The shoes are size 7.5. Garnet Hill, Boden, JCrew, JJill, Talbots, Tommy Bahama, Everlane, Banana Republic just to name a few. Did you see the vintage Chimayo jacket? In excellent condition, perfect for the collector, someone that truly wants to wear it! The men's clothes are size 32 X 32 and mostly size med shirts. All name brands. Khül, Tommy Bahama, Carhart, Levi, etc. I forgot to look at the shoe size for men.
There's a ton of really good basics too like tools, tires, storage containers, garden tools, ladders, rock tumbling, wine storage, air conditioners, lamps, bedding (ALL Garnet Hill or Pottery Barn) queen size. Canning, entertaining with a nod to every season including themes like Asian, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Hawaii, whimsy, etc. Framing materials, and rocks!, Uke, NEW massage table, fabric, sewing, die-cutting and so much more!
Here are a few details that will help everyone out!
Please know there are NO rooms to try on clothes. There is NO space to make piles and sort fabric one square at a time. There is not much room for holds. There is not much room in any of the rooms. It's going to be limited entry and we encourage you to not bring friends who don't actually want to be there. There's no room for them to hang out in this house.
On Saturday we will be opening at 10am instead of 11. We will stay later than 4 if there is still a line. There is street parking. Please DO NOT block driveways or mailboxes. Please only attend this sale if you are kind, happy and in good spirits. HA. No seriously. We will work hard to make the checkout line move as fast as possible. There is a ton to look at. Enjoy this one. It's really good.
