Auction Preview:

Saturday 1/18/20 @ 2pm-4pm, Auction doors will open the day of the Auction @Noon, customers will be allowed to preview from the time the doors open to the time of the start of the Auction. Auction will start promptly @2pm on Sunday. 

-We accept most major Credit/Debit cards. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. An in-house premium of 13 percent (3% cash discount) of the successful bid price will be added to the bid prices and is payable by the buyer as part of the total purchase price. All purchases are to be paid for in Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, during or immediately after each Auction. 

-At the end of the auction you will be sent an invoice via email which will indicate your total amount due. Your credit card on file will be charged once for purchases, then once for all applicable shipping & handling charges. (Unless otherwise stated on your invoice) If needed, please contact the auction house prior to the auction start time to discuss special payment and shipping arrangements. If no prior arrangements have been made, the card on file will be charged according to your invoice. 

-Additionally, on-line purchasers are responsible for all shipping and transport charges, if they chose not to pick their item up in person.

-All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. Neither Nest Egg Auctions & Estates Company or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. By registering for a bidding number, either in person, on-line or when placing an absentee, telephone you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied.

-There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof.

-By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone. 

-Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser.

-All lots in the Catalog may be subject to a reserve (a confidential minimum price below which the lot will not ordinarily be sold). Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own property.

-Any lot may be withdrawn prior to it being sold at auction. Nest Egg Auction reserves the right to reject any bid or any bidder. 

Shipping: We charge $5.00 per box packaging and handling fee. If you have won several lots and they will all fit in one box, then you only pay the $5.00.  Larger Items, requiring special boxes or glassware requiring additional packaging will incur a minimal fee of $10.00 plus the charge of any special packing that may be required. Small items will be sent USPS priority mail, insured.  Larger items may be sent  FedEx Home Delivery or ground rate. We will do our best to find the cheapest,  way to get your items to you safely. 

Furniture, large and heavy items are the responsibility of the buyer to secure shipping arrangements.  Please contact us for assistance.  Shipping expense is your responsibility.
