Payment Instructions: Thank you for participating in our auction. Your registered credit card will be charged twice. Once, within 24 hours of completion of the auction, for the items you have purchased. Then, your card will be charged again, for the shipping and handling cost. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the auction, we will assume you wish us to ship to you.
If your credit card on file with Proxibid is invalid, expired or will not accept the charge, you will incur a $20 non-payment fee. It is your responsibility to have adequate credit on hand at the time of purchase.

Shipping Instructions: If we do not hear from you within 48 hours of the auction, we will assume you wish us to ship to you. Any items sold online will be picked up by Newberg Mail room. As, soon as they package the items, we will run your card and send you an invoice, and they will ship in the best interest of our customers. They strive to find the least expensive, and safest ways to ship.

Driving Directions: We are Located Between Portland and Salem, Oregon. Directly off of the Woodburn exit, off of I-5. Located just one block North of the Woodburn Outlet Mall.

-We accept most major Credit/Debit cards. A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. All purchases are to be paid for in Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, during or immediately after each Auction.

-Thank you for participating in our auction! If you are the winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. You will receive a call the next day and we will take your payment over the phone. -Additionally, online purchasers are responsible for all shipping and transport charges, if they chose not to pick their item up in person.

-If you live within the Portland/Salem metro area, we assume you wish to pick up your items. Pickups are available by appointment. Purchases need to be picked up within 7 days. If you will be on vacation or out of town, and our time frame won’t work with your schedule, please call to arrange pick up. We appreciate your support and can be flexible with time frames.

If you live outside of the local area we will ship your items to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged for shipping once the actual costs have been calculated. Shipping is handled by the Newberg Mail Room -- please call them directly at 503-538-5555 with any shipping-related questions. Shipping is only provided for smaller items -- not furniture, especially heavy, or over-sized items; buyers must make their own freight arrangements for these items.
-All property is sold 'AS IS - WHERE IS'. Neither Nest Egg Auctions & Estates Company or the Consignor makes any representation or warranty, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability, fitness, or condition of the property or as to the correctness of description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or period of the property. By registering for a bidding number, either in person, online or when placing an absentee, telephone you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, no exchanges, no returns, no warranties expressed or implied.

-There is no charge for Registration, but Nest Egg Auction requires a valid driver's license, and agreement to all Terms & Conditions. On the fall of the Auctioneer's hammer, title to the offered lot or article passes to the highest bidder who assumes full risk and responsibility thereof.

-By registering to bid in our event you are hereby granting permission for us to notify you of future events hosted by Nest Egg Auctions. In the event you do not wish to be on our email or regular mail list, please notify us and we will promptly remove your name. We will not sell your information to anyone.

-Should Nest Egg Auction be prevented by fire, theft or any reason whatsoever from delivery of any property to the purchaser, our liability shall be limited to the sum paid by the purchaser.

-The Lots in this auction can be viewed by appointment only by texting or calling (503)991-0256/(503)383-8429. Please look at the pictures as this is the actual box lot you will receive. It is the buyer's responsibility to make that determination in regards to condition of the items. We do not guarantee authenticity of any item. That is the buyer's responsibility to schedule an appointment and view the items before bidding. We make no claims to authenticity or the accuracy of an item or description of the item listed for bid.
