Estate of local Photographer, Artist and Artisan Floyd Bartholomew ~ noted designer and crafter of the coveted EFM Pennsylvania Dutch-inspired cast iron trivets ~ produced in limited quantities of 500 and presented to employees and corporate assosciates each Holiday season since 1954. Included in this sale are many finished trivets complete with their original calendar pages, also drawings, sketches, samples and models.
Also are several of Bartholomew's artworks, 1940s-1950s -era photographs and an extensive collection of his hand-crafted, hand-painted line of 'Molly's Miniatures' ~ delightful Pennsylvania Dutch inspired furniture and historic diorama rooms ~ most in 1/12 scale.
The sale also includes:
A collection of local Allentown, Emmaus, Bethlehem historic memorabilia, including 2 early 19th century Allentown hand-colored frakturs.
Vintage Coins ~ primarily Lincoln Cents, but also includes some silver, foreign, mis-strikes, etc.
Service pins, medals for American Legion, Masons, Odd Fellows, etc.
