NO CREDIT CARDS PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR WINNING ITEMS AT THIS AUCTION!!



Please keep in mind that this auction is a live auction and will be posted on multiple auction platforms such as and not limited to: HiBid, LiveAuctioneers & Bid Spirit. Please be advised your max bid may also a max bid of many other buyers on another platform and is no guarentee that you will win with your max bid. The item could be sold to another buyer on a differenct platfomr at the identical max bid you made. It is at the Auctioneers discression to accept or not accept a phone or absentee bid with the plus 1 bid option.

1) PAYMENT: Due to the nature and value of the items offered in this auction, payment policies are strictly enforced. Please note that cards on file will NOT be charged for any purchases from this sale. Accepted forms of payment are limited to cash, wire transfer, or certified funds only. Bidders are strongly advised to ensure they are able to complete payment using one of these approved methods prior to placing any bids. By participating in this auction, buyers acknowledge and agree to these terms; those unable to comply should refrain from bidding. A 24% buyers premium is applied to all purchases.



2) PICKUP: Won Items can be picked up by appointment in Allentown. You will receive a link to schedule your pickup via Shippingsaint.com, sign up for a time slot to pick up your won items or to have them shipped. Pick ups will be select days following the auction.



If items are bid on and you did not read the terms and conditions and do not pick the items within a week of the closing of the sale, your item(s) will be RESOLD and the proceeds will be kept as storage fees.



3) SHIPPING: Purchase price of item does NOT include shipping. Items can be shipped for an additional handling fee, shipping is done in house. Please select shipping from the Shippingsaint.com link to be put into the Queue.



4) Items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. It the bidder's responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to be accurate and describe all times to the best of our knowledge. Many times we rely on information from the consigner. If you have any questions regarding an item in this auction please call or email us.



Authenticity: Though all descriptions are believed to be correct, neither auction house nor seller make any warranties of any kind with respect to any item in this auction. In no event shall auction house or seller be held responsible for implying any warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source origin, fitness for a particular purpose, condition, etc. Items descriptions may be gerated in part using artificial intelligence. While efforts have been made to ensure accuracy, bidders are encourages to verify details and attend any available previews. All items sold as-is.



5) All sales are final! There are no returns or right of refusal! All bids will be considered a binding agreement by PA law. In case of technical difficulties, the auctioneer has the right to postpone and or extend auction to another date and or time.



All PA residents are subject to the Pennsylvania 6% sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a sales tax exemption number and fills out the Pennsylvania Exempt Certificate. Exemption numbers from other states are accepted in PA if presented with a business card or letterhead. Dealers, museums, and other qualifying parties can apply for a Pennsylvania exemption number prior to the auction by contacting the Pennsylvania Department of State



6) Some of the lots in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the consignor and Searchlight Auction Company below which the lot will not be sold. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed. A representative of Searchlight Auction Company will execute such reserves by bidding for the consignor. In any event and whether or not a lot is subject to a reserve, the auctioneer may reject any bid not commensurate with the value of such lot.



Except as provided in paragraph above, the highest bidder as determined by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser. In the case of a disputed bid, the auctioneer shall have sole discretion in determining the purchaser and may also, at his or her election, withdraw the lot or re-offer the lot for sale.



7) Successful bidders will have a buyers premium equal to 24% of the final bid price. Pennsylvania sales tax will apply to all sold lots unless the buyer is tax exempt. If buyer is tax exempt, please email tax exempt form to svauction@live.com prior to the start of the sale. if you wish to pay in cash please let us know prior to the sale date. Certified Checks will be accepted only! Please make Certified check out to Searchlight Auction.



8) These conditions of sale shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The buyer/bidder agrees that any suit for the enforcement of this agreement may be brought, and any action against Searchlight Auction Company in connection with the transactions contemplated by this agreement shall be brought, in the courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or any federal court sitting therein. The bidder/buyer consents to the nonexclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waives objections that it may now or hereafter have to the venue of any such suit.
