About the Sale
This auction contains an array of items from a New York estate. Some of the main furniture brands are Crate & Barrel, Restoration Hardware, and Article. There are also some antique pieces and other decorative items including hand knotted wool and silk rugs, art work, sculptures, lamps and more!

PICK UP AND SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Pick up for this auction will be on Tuesday, November 15th and 16th from 10:00 am - 6:00pm

Bring help for large items.
If you cannot make it on the pick up day and would like us to hold your items for another week, it will be a 50 dollar storage fee charged to your account.
SHIPPING OPTIONS: See list of options
1. IN-HOUSE: USPS Flat Rate, UPS GROUND. We do not ship furniture or some larger items. Expect to pay ACTUAL SHIPPING COST + HANDLING.
Small items such as jewelry, handbags and smaller non-breakable items will be $5 handling PER LOT in addition to shipping.
Complex and breakable items will be assessed a larger handling fee PER LOT in addition to shipping.
We will combine shipping when possible, however handling fee PER LOT still applies. To opt in for this method, please text 267-994-1763 after the auction ends with your name and "in house shipping." There is nothing else you need to do for us to ship your items out. We choose the cheapest method available which is often UPS ground shipping.
2. THIRD PARTY SHIPPING: UPS at 4950 York Rd., Buckingham, PA 18912 for shipping quotes and to schedule shipping. Please EMAIL ONLY to store3831@upsstore.com with a copy of your I.D, winning auction dates, invoice numbers and lot numbers for shipping quotes.

If you need local delivery for larger items, please email us through auction ninja.
If you are not picking up, you MUST arrange shipping prior to pick up day. Any items not picked up or shipping arranged by that date will be considered forfeited or we will ship in-house and charge the card on file for shipping/handling
