Almost an Estate Sale (Except no one died)

Welcome to our Pre-Home Sale/Moving Sale featuring 40 years of treasures. We have some beautiful finds for the discerning buyer. We will accept cash, Venmo or credit cards. Doors will open at 9 each day and not a moment before and nothing will be sold prior to the sale. Sale dates will be April 1 and 2, April 8, and April 15 and 16. 

We have a 7-piece queen-size bedroom set, medium oak in color, which includes two 2-drawer nightstands, one high arched headboard and bedframe with sides and footboard, one 7 drawer entertainment unit, one 9 drawer low dresser, one 5 drawer tall dresser, and finally, one mirror shaped just like the headboard – priced at just $550 for the entire set. We have a 4 sectional Broyhill wall unit, currently separated into its four sections for easy transport. There are several display lights attached to the units, one section has glass doors, one section has a mirrored back. The entire unit is available to you for just $100.  

We have two metal wine racks available. They are stackable, or, if you are the proud purchaser of the wall unit, they fit on their sides on the two shelves of the mirrored piece. 

In the kitchen we have a 48” round black glass topped table with a chrome base. It comes with 5 chairs, all of which need to be recovered but are sturdy and in great shape otherwise. Priced at just $60 for the set. We also have two matching swivel bar stools priced at $25 each. 

Our three-piece glass topped faux stone coffee table, end table and sofa table (currently being used as a TV stand) are a great modern addition to any home. The three pieces are available for just $50 per piece. 

For the new bride, anniversary party or just a beautiful addition to any home, we have a complete set of 8 place settings of Lenox April, a beautiful, discontinued china pattern. The dishes are ivory, are trimmed in platinum, and have an asymmetrical pastel floral design edged in white around the edge, going clockwise. The set includes 8 each: dinner plate, salad plate, bread & butter plate, cup and saucer, and creamed soup dish (has two handles) with its own serving plate. Also included is a large oval serving platter and sugar bowl. If purchased on the retail market, since it is discontinued, the entire set would cost well over $1800. We are priced at $250. 

We have many décor items including but not limited to a Tuscan floral ginger jar, nightstands, queen size platform bed (queen mattress can be included free), headboards, silk trees, a unique metal pharmacy and several mortars and pestles, pharmacist figurines and wall prints. We have hanging glass ornaments, glass candle holders, a lit tree, all kinds of kitchen stuff including pots/pans, beautiful Dansk cutting board, toaster oven, silverware, mixing bowls, Salvador Dali battery operated wall clock, and so much more.
