If you plan to buy furniture, please bring: a large vehicle for hauling and helping hands….we are unable to help you move any items. Furniture on all three levels of this home.  All purchases must be removed from the property by 3pm Sunday, 2/12.  Terms of this sale are: CASH or Credit/Debit (Visa or MC only.)  On-site sales only - no PayPal, no checks, no payments by phone. 

The house will be going on the market soon. If you are interested in the property, please leave your name and contact information at the cashier table.

All items are sold AS IS. No refunds, no returns. All sold items must be picked up by the last day of the sale...there is some leeway here and we can make an exception to pick up larger items later in the week if needed.  We are not responsible for any accidents while on the property.

All items remaining on Sunday, will be sold at a discount.  50% off items under $ 100.  25% off items over $ 100.  There will be a reserve price on just a few items in this sale.
