Door will open at 10 am sharp and we will let as many people in as possible.
Please be respectful of neighbors. Do not block driveways or park in numbered parking spaces. Close parking is available along the road when you are entering the complex.
We accept cash (preferred), Venmo, and credit cards. We do not charge extra fees.
We are not responsible for accidents. You are entering the property at your own risk. Any damage is your responsibility.
Sale is conducted under video surveillance.
All sales are final and AS IS - no returns.
NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS. No exceptions.
If you would like help getting furniture to your car, there will be a $20 fee.
