1. As used in these Conditions of Sale, the term "final bid" means the highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer and the "purchase price" means the sum of the final bid plus the premium payable by the buyer, as set above.
2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneers shall be the buyer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion and in the event of any dispute between bidders, to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. In the event of any dispute after the sale. Aeron House, LLC 's record of final sale shall be conclusive.
3. Sales Tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file with LiveAuctioneers or Hi-bid.
4. No lot may be removed from premises until the buyer has paid in full for the purchase.
5. Registration approval, or decline is at the sole discretion of The, Aeron House, and it's representatives.
6. Aeron House, and its representatives may, at our discretion, require identity verification prior to approving registrations.
7. Bid Rigging, the coordinated efforts of two or more registered bidders to ?share? winning lots by coordinating which lots to bid or not bid on is illegal and will be reported to the online auction site. Aeron House will use all available resources to STRONGLY advocate revocation of online bidding privileges and where applicable by state laws, refer such instances to local authorities.

If items are not pick up or shipping invoice paid within thirty days, ownership of the items revert back to Aeron House, LLC or their clients, and monies paid for items will be retained by Aeron House to cover storage, listing, labor, insurance, and other inconveniences resulting in the transaction.
