In my former life as a member of management at Tractor Supply Company for 12 years while I was running Hiddenworth as a side  business, I met many customers who truly lived  the "Out Here" lifestyle, which was the Tractor Supply motto for living the rural lifestyle.  I had the chance to know Ralph as a customer, who spent many a weekend at the store, looking for "the stuff you need out here"..  From using his log splitter and many chainsaws to prepare for Winter, hopping on his motorcycle or sled, jumping in a kayak, or climbing in his deer stands,  Ralph was a true renaissance kind of guy, who absolutely loved working around his property and enjoying the outdoor lifestyle, that many of us crave(especially this Summer).   Because I'm familiar with some of the equipment that he purchased from Tractor, I know that Ralph made some useful modifications to some of the equipment, such as adding log catchers to the splitter,  adding extra zirc(grease) fittings to his zero turn...you get the idea.  Ralph also collected and used many tools, both for trade and personal use.  He has MANY!!  This is going to be one *&%^* of an equipment and outdoor sale.    The hundreds of pictures don't do it justice.  If you live the "Out Here" lifestyle, mark this sale in your calendar!!! I can assure you, you won't be disappointed.  I am in shock as to the volume of tools and most of them work!  This is the absolutely largest collection of tools, power equipment, farm equipment, hunting gear that we’ve ever come across..by a long shot!

The sale will be a combination of online bidding and a traditional estate sale for "smalls", i.e. kitchen supplies, decor, small tools, etc.), that will occur the weekend of June 27th-29th from 10am-3pm.  Two sales will be activated for this sale on estatesales.net, the online bidding sale that starts on June 19th and the "traditional in-person estate sale", which will start on June 27th.  Items for purchase the "traditional in-person" way will be clearly identified and are separate from the online sale.  Because of the current COVID-19 restrictions in place and to create a safe, enjoyable shopping environment, we will enforce the number of guests in the home at one time.  There is a very large covered porch that will keep you out of the elements, should inclement weather occur(This is Erie of course!).  Portable bathrooms will be on-site as well.     
  
We will be offering a full weekend of item previews on Saturday and Sunday, June 20th and June 21st, from 10am-3pm  that are featured in the online auction the weekend of the start of the bidding, so you know EXACTLY what you're bidding on.  There will be 10 days of bidding. All bidding will be online, so you can bid from your tree stand, kayak, or John Deere when you're baling hay.  There is absolutely NO BUYERS PREMIUM.  If you are the winning bidder, that's what you are paying.   The process should take you all of 5 minutes to set-up a very simple account to start bidding.   It should be fun and exciting  to keep checking on your bids throughout the week!   PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHEN A PARTICULAR LOT THAT YOU ARE BIDDING ON CLOSES.  THE LOTS WILL CLOSE AT DIFFERENT TIMES.  Follow the link belowto the online auction part of the sale!!
