• We accept cash and credit/debit cards (with valid ID).
• All prices are listed at the cash price.
• A processing fee applies to all card purchases.

Purchasing Items
1. No outside “sold” stickers allowed—only stickers provided by us.
2. For large items, take the tag to the register and ask for a “sold” sticker. Once marked sold, the item is yours and must be purchased.
3. Do not hoard items and later put them back. Once removed from the sale floor, those items are considered unavailable to others.
4. All items are sold AS IS – no returns or refunds. Please inspect everything carefully before purchasing.
5. Electronics are not guaranteed to work. You are encouraged to test them before buying.

• Prices are firm on Day 1 of the sale.
• Discounts may be applied on following days—watch for signs posted throughout the sale.

Large Item Pickup
• Large items must be removed during the posted pickup times.
• Please bring your own help—our team does not assist with loading.
• Make prior arrangements if needed.

Conduct & Safety
• Theft will not be tolerated. We will contact police, ban you from future sales, and may post your name and photo on social media.
• Aggressive behavior, pushing, or shoving will result in immediate removal from the sale.
• Use caution while shopping. We are not responsible for injuries sustained while on the premises or during loading.

Entry Procedures
• Doors open at the posted time—no early entry.
• No pre-sales or price quotes will be given in advance.
• We do not honor outside sign-up sheets. Entry is based on your place in line.

Bags, Food & Trash
• We provide shopping bags and bubble wrap while supplies last.
• Please do not bring food or drinks inside, and dispose of your trash properly.

Parking
• Do not block mailboxes, fire hydrants, driveways, or intersections.
• Do not park on lawns.
• If your car is blocking any restricted area, you will be asked to move it and lose your place in line.
