No Out of State Checks! Purchases over $5,000 paid by check must include a bank letter of guarantee. Removal/Pick-Up:  Removal of items (pickup) must take place during the advertised times and MUST BE FOLLOWED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY BIDDER OR SITUATION. Items left behind will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a disposal fee plus the full invoice amount!
