DETAILS
The official sign up sheet will be out at 8:30am for entrance to the interior of the home, but we will honor one customer driven list if started prior to 8:30 and is respectfully managed. The garage will open at 9:00am and the house at 9:30am. The list is only used for access to the house and not the garage. 1/2 price will be from 3pm-4pm on Sunday. See you then!!

SAFETY FIRST
We only allow a limited number of patrons into the house at once. This ensures the safety of our staff and guests, the security of the home and its contents as well as helps to promote a more enjoyable estate sale experience by all.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION?
Our estate sales are staffed by professionals. You'll know them because they will have a HiddenWorth shirt and/or apron on. They can help you during the sale.

HOW DO I HAUL ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
You are responsible for hauling your purchased items from the property the day of the sale. Special arrangements can be made for pick-up within 1-2 days of the sale. We partner with a local delivery service for a fee based on the size of the item and the mileage travelled to deliver.

Hi everyone!  Come on out this Sunday near the Mall area for this one day sale that will feature all kinds of goodies that need new homes.  This sale will have a bit of everything....from furniture to power equipment, kayaks, grill and equipment, snow thrower, yard tools, yard ornaments, kitchen items, a nice collection of vinyl....check out the pictures for more details. 

Many of you know the drill(all the regulars), but for our newcomers, the rundown is in the "terms and conditions" area...We will have coffee and treats beforehand to keep you highly caffeinated and sugared up!  

In the meantime,  you've been asking for one for awhile, and after dragging our feet for years about it, we are finally getting around to it, so please click on the link below to sign up for our quarterly E-newsletter "Worth The Read"  starting in March.  We want this to be a fun and informative customer/reader driven newsletter, so don't be surprised if we ask some of you to  actively participate.  One area of the newsletter will be devoted to items that have emotional significance, where we showcase items from our readers/customers that have a special place in their heart.  (For example, I have my Grandpa's old green Thermos and Cooler, not monetarily worth a whole lot, but they are about the only  items I wanted from his house that remind me of him, particularly our trips to his farm.  I didn't realize how attached I was to these objects until he passed.   We want to focus on items that have emotional meaning rather than monetary value.
