The official sign up sheet will be out at 8:30am for entrance to the interior of the home, but we will honor one customer driven list if started prior to 8:30 and is respectfully managed. The garage will open at 9:00am and the house at 9:30am. The list is only used for access to the house and not the garage. 1/2 price will be from 10am-2pm on Sunday. See you then!!
SAFETY FIRST
We only allow a limited number of patrons into the house at once. This ensures the safety of our staff and guests, the security of the home and its contents as well as helps to promote a more enjoyable estate sale experience by all.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION?
Our estate sales are staffed by professionals. You'll know them because they will have a HiddenWorth shirt and/or apron on. They can help you during the sale.
HOW DO I HAUL ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
You are responsible for hauling your purchased items from the property the day of the sale. Special arrangements can be made for pick-up within 1-2 days of the sale. We partner with a local delivery service for a fee based on the size of the item and the mileage travelled to deliver.

Hi Everyone! Each sale is like a box of chocolates, you just don't know what your gonna get. This particular sale is unique in that the house has many artistic flares hiding around the house. From truly one-of-a-kind objects, such as a fantastic hand made (by the owner's Father) lighthouse to original yard art, colorful rugs, hand made items, cool conversation pieces....we think you'll find the sale at this charming cape cod house to be fun!
