We use a sign up sheet to enter the house. Our sign up sheet will be posted at 4:00 PM Friday and Saturday, please respect, don’t cross off names and be ready to line up to enter at 9:00 on Saturday and 10:00 on Sunday. We do not honor any other sign up sheets other than our own! Please bring help to move or load items. If the weather is bad, we may ask you to remove shoes or put on booties. Please be prepared!

A TRADEMARK SALE is proud to present an amazing 2-day sale in the Shorehaven Neighborhood of Millcreek. This spectacular home was built in 1920 by C. Paxton Cody, a noted architect who is know for designing many Erie landmarks including the Kahkwa Club. The home overlooks a spring-fed pond and features 4,000 square feet of rambling rooms. The current inhabitants spent a lifetime collecting and reflects a decor fitting such a grand home. You will find antiques, Asian items, unique furniture and collectibles.
