HOW DO I ENTER THE HOUSE?
Entrance to the house is by a first come, first served system using a sign-up sheet prior to entrance, typically 1- 1 1/2 hour before house opens.
The garage/outdoor areas of homes are typically available to look thru 30 minutes before the home opens. These areas don’t require a number.
There are instances where a list will be started by the first individual that is at the house before the sale starts and our official sign-up sheet is available.
The individual who starts the list must stay on the premises with the list.
We will try to be reasonable with accepting the customer-initiated list, if it can be self-managed and is done so in good faith with the individuals signed up.
You MUST be present at the roll call time which is based on the order of sign-ups. Typically, we read off names 5 minutes before entry to the house. We limit the number of patrons in the home at one time, based on the square footage of the home, number of rooms, etc.
However, just because you aren’t in the first group of folks in the door, it doesn’t mean you won’t get what you came for. Everybody is after different things during a sale.
There will always be music playing during the sale. Usually you can count on free snacks and refreshments before the sale starts.
SAFETY FIRST
We only allow a limited number of patrons into the house at once. This ensures the safety of our staff and guests, the security of the home and its contents as well as helps to promote a more enjoyable estate sale experience by all.
HOW DO I HAUL ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
You are responsible for hauling your purchased items from the property the day of the sale. Arrangements can be made for larger item pick-ups within 1-2 days of the sale for larger items(bed sets, appliances, etc.) if timing allows.
We partner with a local delivery service for a fee based on the size of the item and the mileage traveled to deliver if needed. Please see a member of the staff for delivery service information .
We accept the following forms of

Greetings! Join us for one of the MORE UNIQUE estate sales in recent memory if you are specifically on the hunt for antique/vintage furnishings and collectibles. This 3-day estate sale is loaded with a lifetime collection that crosses over many collectible categories including award winning antique dolls, vintage clothing, cast iron, curios, barisster bookcase, incredible antique oak tavern/general store display, local brewery collectibles, period furnishings, lamps, country primitives, Pyrex, vintage toys, metal signs, vintage audio, tools, crocks, and more to be revealed. The couple certainly had a great eye for cool stuff!
We need to find new homes for everything as the home will be torn down.....yes, that's right-the house will be coming down in the near future, so I have a duty to re-home as much as possible and you have a duty to help preserve it in its next life, wherever that may be.
As you enter the home, just about everything in the house will be up for grabs. Perusing the gallery of photos should give you an idea of what to expect but the rest you can discover on your own. Fair warning, we can only let so many folks in at time with this one, so please be patient with us. The fun starts on Friday evening so you don't have to get up at 5am. See you then!
