OUR POLICIES
HOW DO I ENTER THE HOUSE?
Entrance to the house is by a first come, first served system. You may sign-up for entrance to the house starting at 8:30 AM for entry to the house at 9:30AM. We will base the list sequence on whoever is standing, sitting, meditating, jogging in place, etc. at the front door of the home by 8:30AM.
You MUST be present at the roll call time which is based on the order of sign-ups. Typically we read off names 5 minutes before entry to the house.
SAFTETY FIRST
We only allow a limited number of patrons into the house at once. This ensures the safety of our staff and guests, the security of the home and its contents as well as helps to promote a more enjoyable estate sale experience by all.
WHAT IF I NEED HELP OR HAVE A QUESTION?
Our estate sales are staffed by professionals. You'll know them because they will have a HiddenWorth shirt and/or apron on. They can help you during the sale.
HOW DO I HAUL ITEMS FROM THE SALE?
You are responsible for hauling your purchased items from the property the day of the sale. Special arrangements can be made for pick-up within 1-2 days of the sale. We partner with a local delivery service(Frank Crockett Moving) for a fee based on the size of the item and the mileage travelled to deliver.

Hi There! We have a fun country(in-person) estate sale in the Harborcreek area(South of 90). One look at the gallery of pictures will tell you that this sale will feature quite a diverse range of offerings. From vintage GE testing equipment and hundreds of bulbs to furnishings and cool collectibles, this sale will have something for everyone! Carve out a small part of your day and head on out into the countryside. We will have coffee, water and light snacks for the early birds! See you then!
Sale Time Details
8:30AM One official line-up list to enter the home will be available. The list will be filled out in the order of who's standing, sitting, meditating, sleeping, jogging in place, etc. in line at the front door by 8:30AM
9:00AM Detached garage opens
9:30AM Home opens
