Pick up day will Only be JULY 30^th from 12pm – 4pm items not picked up will have card auto run and items considered abandon.

There will be a 14% buyers premium added to all final bids.

There will be a 4% discount for cash or check. Exact address will be given to winning bidders via email.

All items will be brought to the first floor for easy loading. You will need to bring boxes and help to load items into your vehicle.
