Terms

-Credit Cards accepted for purchases larger than $200.00
-All sales are final, no refunds or returns, items sold AS-IS
-Any items you purchase, you are responsible for removing. No Help will be provided in removing large items so bring help. You may bring empty boxes to carry items. Absolutely NO bags or large purses allowed.
-Furniture and other large items purchased are the responsibility of the buyer to transport and move offsite by end of last sale day. Any items not removed will be donated and payment will be forfeited by purchaser.
-Not responsible for accidents in and out of the house. If you (or your children) should break any items you are still responsible for paying for that item.
-Parking is your responsibility so be mindful of where you park. If you double park or park where it is prohibited that is your responsibility. Please respectful and considerate to those parked around you and our neighbors.
-Please be respectful of rooms that say 'do not enter' or 'off-limits' and to the few items that say 'not for sale'. These will be kept for family and therefore will not be sold. Please do not ask or try to buy 'not for sale' items. That being said, any other item that is not marked off can be sold! Look high and low for anything you might want to purchase!

-Numbers will be given out on First Day only of sale at 7am. Numbers will be called promptly at 8am. If you are not back by start of sale with your number you will be skipped over, places will not be held. To keep safety in mind, foot traffic will be kept to a minimum to avoid any accidents. As people leave, more will be allowed in. Please be respectful of this request.
