Cash or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) accepted. Payment is required at time of purchase for all items (except for the car and riding mowers). NOTE: At noon on Sunday, 8/25, most items will be half price!
The car and riding mowers will be sold via bidder box. Information/descriptions regarding each item will be provided, and a bidding box will be used. Bidders will place their silent (hidden) bids into the bidding box; highest bidder wins. Winner does not have to be present at the time of the drawing, but payment must be made by 3:00 pm on Sunday, August 25.
Sale will begin at 9:00 a.m. both days. No early birds please.
For large items, please bring help to remove/load.
All items are sold as is.

Our two-day estate sale takes place on what was formerly a large dairy farm that includes eight out buildings. There are many vintage and antique treasures available in this sale, too numerous to list, as well as farming equipment and supplies Highlighting this sale is a 2002 Subaru Forester (AWD) and TWO riding mowers (Husqvarna 36” deck and Scag Liberty, 42”, zero-turn). Also, there are plenty of household goods, furniture, tools, vintage ladies hats and clothing, china and kitchenware, antique/vintage window frames, doors and shutters, galvanized tubs and milk cans, "The Friendship Village" by the Johnson Brothers dishes, vintage wood cook stove and wringer washer, Hoosier cabinet, collectibles, and a limited-edition print by William Hallmark “For of Such is the Kingdom of Heaven” (double-signed, (010/2500), includes frame and matting).
