If you do not have availability and flexibility on pickup day, do not bid in this sale! No time slot is guaranteed, and no alternate pickups will be made after an auction ends. If you need an alternate pickup, before bidding you must email ctmechscheduling@yahoo.com . There is a $25 fee for an alternate pickup, if one is available, to cover staff time. Many times, an alternate pickup day is not possible due to our clients' schedules.
After the entire auction ends you will receive an invoice for all the items you won. After paying your invoice, click on the link that is included on the invoice to schedule your pickup time and receive the pickup address. You can select a time from any open slots and will be sent a reminder a day before pickup. If you require shipping, please email ctmechshipping@gmail.com (Please Do Not Call). IF YOU ARRIVE BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WAIT UNTIL STAFF ASSISTS THOSE WHO ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED. STAFF IS TO BE TREATED WITH THE KINDNESS AND RESPECT THAT THEY DESERVE AT ALL TIMES. VIOLATORS WILL BE BANNED FROM BIDDING ON ALL CARING TRANSITIONS AUCTIONS.

Note: Winners must take the ENTIRE LOT. NO ITEMS MAY BE LEFT BEHIND. Violators will be banned from all Caring Transitions auctions.
**Additionally, if you win large items, YOU MUST BRING HELP (AND TOOLS, IF NEEDED) to remove them from the home.**
On pickup day, if a bidder buys breakable items they need to come prepared to repack them. We may have placed them in a box or bag for our convenience, but they ARE NOT packed for transport.
Shipping is available for small non-breakable items only (12" x 9" x 5" or smaller) and will be packed by Caring Transitions of Mechanicsburg for $10 plus the cost of UPS or USPS flat rate shipping. This process may take a couple weeks. Your patience is appreciated. If you need your order shipped, first pay your invoice, then contact ctmechshipping@gmail.com. You will be invoiced for shipping at a later date. Shipping questions may be sent to ctmechshipping@gmail.com.
Seller accepts PayPal payments. A credit card may also be used during checkout.
Payments must be made within 24 hours of the auction closing. After 24 hours, the items may be offered to the next highest bidder. If more time is needed, email cdoerr@caringtransitions.com.

Bidding is live now and ends Wednesday, June 1, 2022 beginning at 7:30 pm EST. Pickup of items is Saturday, June 4 from 9 am to 3 pm EST in Gettysburg, PA. Shipping is available for some items where indicated.
