Estate Sales - Terms and Conditions
Payment Methods:

We accept cash and major credit cards.
A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Liability:

Halcyon Days Estate Sales and the homeowners accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property during the sale.
Attendees enter the premises at their own risk.
All Sales Final:

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
As-Is Condition:

All items are sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Pricing:

Prices are non-negotiable during the sale hours unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts may be applied on the final day of the sale at our discretion.
Item Removal:

Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases. Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff cannot assist with lifting or loading items.
Entry and Access:

Entry to the sale may be limited based on the size of the property and the number of attendees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Security:

For the safety and security of all, large bags, backpacks, and purses may be subject to inspection.
Surveillance cameras may be in use during the sale.
Conduct:

All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
Signage and Directions:

Please follow all signage and directions provided by Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff while on the property.
Parking:

Attendees must not block driveways or access points.

Announcements:

Announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any previous advertisements or announcements.
