Removal/Pick-Up:  Removal of items (pickup) must take place during the advertised times and MUST BE FOLLOWED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS FOR ANY BIDDER OR SITUATION. Items left behind will be considered abandoned and you will be charged a disposal fee plus the full invoice amount! A paid receipt or proper ID is required from anyone picking up purchased items. Bidders are responsible for the safe, timely removal of their items and for knowing site conditions, bringing tools, equipment and assistance required to remove items. No Assistance with Loading will be Provided Unless Specified in the advertising (I.E.
