SUNS OUT CHOCOLATE MELTS! We will be in Chocolate Town, HERSHEY PA this weekend for our latest Estate Sale and you don't need a GOLDEN TICKET to join the FUN! The Address will be released Friday morning at 7amon our website & Facebook page.

Once you see The Address, head on over to the sale & please follow the instructions of our parking attendants. Find Kristina will greet you as you enter the parking area & will be taking names up until 7:10AM!

For those who give Kristina your name, line up in the order your name was taken. The Line for the sale will be forming at the back door. For everyone who arrives after 7:10, simply park and join the others in line. We will be limiting the sale to 20 customers at a time to start. Please do not forget your bags & totes.

Inside the sale, your purchasing limit will be to what you can physically carry. We can assist you outside to our holding tables when you are finished shopping. At that point you can pay, or leave your items on the holding tables and jump to the back of the line for your 2nd round of shopping. Consider bringing sheets to cover your piles! We will continue this cycle of 20 customers at a time until there is more room for customers to safely move around.

Items are priced! Items not priced are $20 or less. Name tape will be provided for larger items you can't carry out right away. Tag the piece of furniture you want with your name tape to claim it!

No holds or presales. Cash, card & venmo accepted. Everything is first come first served. All photos are current and up to date. Day 2 photos will be provided Friday evening.

This week we are testing the 7:10 AM start time due to parking restraints for the Hershey sale. There is plenty of parking, but we need to stay organized. Remember, please follow the parking attendants instructions. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you See you soon!
