All sales final – merchandise is offered “as is, where it is”. This sale has large items. Please be prepared to remove and transport your purchases on the day of the sale. We do NOT provide porters or delivery services. We are not responsible for accidents. . Please do not block driveways or mailboxes in the neighborhood.

There is an extensive content list forthcoming. Included in this sale are the items accumulated by a gentleman who savored his collections. You are invited to shop in his jam packed mobile home that we have also filled with the contents of his storage unit.
He saved everything that caught his eye, and he had a pretty good eye !
Parking will be in the large lot behind Leary Drive. Please DO NOT drive into the residential parking lanes. Neighbors who live there will need to be able to come and go from their own properties. Due to the limited space, we can only let a few people come in at a time, so please be prepared to wait patiently.
