A valid credit card is required to register for this auction.
As payment we accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa & Discover cards, Pennsylvania check, cash (in person), money orders, T/T (wire transfers), and PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS as payment we accept American Express, Master Card, Visa & Discover cards with a $1,000.00 limit. Any purchase(s) that exceed $1,000.00 will require payment as a wire transfers, no exceptions. Paypal is also accepted.

Winning bidders are responsible for paying via Live Auctioneers if paying via Credit Card.

Live Auctioneers will initially invoice the winning bidders the actual amount and buyer's premium. Shipping and handling will be calculated when payment method is received. At which time Embassy Auctions International will send a shipping quote. Items will not ship until shipping cost is agreed upon and paid in full. If paying with money order or T/T (add $10.00 processing fee).

Embassy Auctions strongly encourages in-person inspection of items by the bidder. Statements by Embassy Auctions regarding the condition of objects are for guidance only and should not be relied upon as statements of fact, and do not constitute a representation, warranty, or assumption of liability by Embassy Auctions.

All lots offered are sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.

Embassy Auctions may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Embassy Auctions be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.


All lots offered are sold "AS IS". will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Embassy Auctions is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Embassy Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Embassy Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Embassy Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.

Sales tax of 6% will be added to all Pennsylvania residents without valid sales tax exemption certificates on file at the time of the sale.

Shipping is done in house. After full payment of items is received, buyer will be sent a shipping quote. Upon agreement of shipping, items will be shipped after shipping is paid.

PLEASE NOTE: IF ITEMS ARE NOT PAID WITHIN 30 DAYS THIS IS TO INCLUDE SHIPPING COST, DISPUTES WILL BE MADE, THE ITEMS WILL BE FORFEITED, AS WILL ANY PAYMENT THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE.
