-A limited number of guests can enter at a time due to tight spaces, so pls. be patient.

-NO bags/large purses/totes/boxes permitted.
-Some bags, boxes, wrapping will be available at check-out but pls. bring your own boxes/packaging for after items are purchased

-NO holds.

-NO children nor pets
-This is an estate sale, so pls. be respectful as family members may be present.

-Be mindful of your small purses to avoid knocking over or breaking sale items.

-Pls. DON’T sit on furniture unless serious about purchasing.

-Anything electronic/ electrical works. Cords are wrapped up for safety. Things requiring batteries work as well but may need batteries.

-Silent Bid Option Available:
Should you be interested in a sale item, you may place a silent bid on the slip provided at the check-out table. If it’s still available at full asking price on Saturday afternoon, & your bid is acceptable, we’ll call you to confirm your interest by 6pm. The item must then be paid for and picked up by Sunday at 12pm. NO exceptions.
