Giant Uniontown/McClellendtown Estate Sale

PLEASE READ the entire description as this is a unique situation and it is IMPORTANT that you understand what you will be encountering.

This is the first weekend of a 2 weekend sale (Aug 10 and Aug 16 & 17) that includes the contents of a home, 2 sheds and a 3-car garage.

The first weekend will include the contents of the HOME, SHEDS, VEHICLES and some items removed from the Garage.  Weekend #2 will include any unsold items and all the contents in the garage.  We are doing it this way because we need to make room this weekend for everything that is in the garage next weekend.

VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THE SALE!!!!!!!!!!

If you have respiratory issues, you need to be aware that the HOUSE and CONTENTS of the house have been exposed to moisture and some mold.  While I attempted to clean up the areas that were exposed, because the house was sealed before I got there, the odor was throughout the house.  It is ADVISED that if you have respiratory issues that you bring a mask with you if you are planning on entering the house.   I tossed a number of items that were obviously exposed to moisture and mold.  Because the rest of the contents of the home were possibly exposed to mold and mold odors, I cannot guarantee that any item will be free of these exposures.  You will definitely have to clean anything that you purchase from the house.  Therefore I am not pricing any item in the home.  I will take (reasonable offers) on everything.  There are some really nice items (Grandfather Clock, Curio Cabinet, Bar, Table and Chairs, Christmas Clock, Buck Mount) as well as some ordinary household items that will be great deals for those of you willing to clean your purchases.  Like all sales there are NO RETURNS on any item purchased.

Items OUTSIDE the house will be be sold as is just like any of our normal estate sales.  Both sheds will be open and we will remove some items from the garage.  The Garage will be closed and the remaining items in the garage (there is tons) will be sold on Weekend #2.

We WILL NOT be able to provide Credit Card Services due to no cell phone coverage. 

We have the following vehicles Colorado Pickup Truck, Jaguar Sports Car, Subaru Baja, Subaru XT, Honda Motorcycle, 2-Suzuki Quads, 1-off brand quad, 2 - mopeds and an ArticCat Snowmobile.   I will provide years, models and mileage on the vehicles in this ad before the sale.  PLEASE NOTE:  The vehicles will be sold AS IS.  All have age on them and have been sitting for a number of years.  The truck runs fine and just needs some maintenance.  The Jaguar runs fine, was garage kept.  The Baja runs fine, was garage keep and has a leak in the valve pan gasket.  The Subaru XT is a mess and is buried in the driveway.  The off-brand quad runs, but needs some work (will explain at the sale), one of the Suzuki's runs but needs some work (will explain at the sale), the rest of the items are unknown.  All of the cars/truck have titles, the Honda Motorcycle does not have a title.  

We also have a large compressor, chipper/shredder and Cub Cub Cadet Lawn Tractor that all run.

If someone wants to pay the listed price, I will sell the motorized vehicles this week.  If not, I will list them on the internet and include them in Weekend #2.  At that time, I will be listening to all offers.

Everything else will be priced as is.  There will be no discounts until Weekend #2.  Weekend #2 will be a normal 2-day sale with discounts throughout the weekend.  

Please Note PARKING Instructions!!!!! 

If the weather is dry, there will be plenty of parking on-site in the yard.  If we get heavy rains, plan on parking along the country road and walking a distance on a gravel driveway to the home.  There will be NO place to drop people off close to the house so in either situation you have to walk on uneven/rough terrain.  This sale is NOT is recommended for anyone with mobility issues.   Please follow the direction of staff that will be on-hand directing you where to park.
