Buyer is responsible for removal of large items purchased by two hours before closing on the last day of the sale unless a prior arrangement has been made.
All unsold items will be 50% off starting at 12 PM on Saturday.
Bids are accepted and must be at least 60% of the full price. Bids will be opened at 11 AM on Saturday and you will be called if you won.
Doors will open at the published time, not before. A sign up sheet will be made available at 8:30 AM on Friday, November 17 and on Saturday, November 18 if deemed necessary. No other sign up sheet will be honored.
If you break or damage an item you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the house.
