Large Whole home Estate Sale 2 floors filled at 208 Gehron Pkwy Montoursville in Bella Vista

We have an estate sale the week of August 22-25 in Bella Vista!

Our next sale is coming this next week to Bella Vista.  It is not at the same home we were at a month ago, but can be found by staying on the road as you enter the development.  It is at 208 Gehron Parkway, Montoursville, PA.  It is going to be clearly marked by our signs and easy to get to.  There will be plenty of nearby parking and we ask that you please do not block neighboring driveways.   The sale will be held Thursday, August 22nd through Saturday, August 24th.  We will be open from 8:30am each day and closing at 3:00pm on Thursday, 2:00pm on Friday and Noon on Saturday.  In this sale we have lots of great items including both local memorabilia and memorabilia from the Erie area.  There is also a nice collection of Griswold items including an old No 2 Griswold Mailbox, old Griswold skillets, dutch oven with lid, and an old Griswold Deep Fryer.  This is only a sampling of the great items we have at this sale.  Be sure to stop and shop each day and for discounts on Friday and Saturday.  

Furniture items include a queen size cherry finish bed being sold complete with headboard, frame and Mattress set.  We also have a set of twin beds being sold complete with headboards, frames, and mattress sets, We have a depression era Dresser and chest, modern Broyhill Oak Finish Dresser with mirror and chest set.  In dining furniture we have a beautiful Ethan Allen Maple Hutch,  a gorgeous maple dropleaf dining table with built-in leafs and six Windsor style chairs, another maple table with chairs and two leafs, a very nice suede double reclining sofa, also there is a vintage sofa and matching love-seat in the living room. There is a very nice Rush Bottom rocker from Cracker Barrel as well as another nice maple rocking chair and an oak jewelry armoire.  We have a number of end tables and stands throughout including some nice entertainment stands, microwave stand, Cedar lined blanket chest, two drawer file cabinets, and storage cabinets.   

In small appliances, we have crock pots, a Keurig Single cup maker, a bread-maker, toastmaster toaster oven, Panasonic Stainless Microwave, small food processor, Oster Blender,  4 slice toaster, Iron, Electric Knife, and no sale would be complete without a George Foreman Grill!.  We also have a TCL 43” Roku 4K UHD TV, a LG 32” TV, Trutech Stereo system with AM/FM CD Player and Cassette Player, Zenith VHS/DVD Player combination, and we have a few of the old analog smaller color TV’s great for playing older video games!  

In electronics we also have a V-tech phone system, Garmin NUVI GPS, Echo Dot, and a Red Devil canister upright vacuum, old Cobra 29, Halogen work-light new in the box,

In larger appliances, we do have an older refrigerator/freezer.  We also have several window  A/C units.   

We have a lot of fashionable ladies clothing in sizes 4 through XXL. Great brands like Marc NY, Chico's, Loft, Talbots, Express, Levi's, Earl Jeans, & more. Like new boots by Lucky Brand, Manuka , Enzo Angelini, & others. And a nice selection of hand bags including Baggalinni, Vera Bradley, and even Coach ! In hunting items we have apparel we have a number of camouflage pants and jackets in 3x to 5 x sizes.  We also have a loading proess for shotgun shells as well as supplies.   There are binoculars from Bushnell and others as well as hand warmers, rattle bag, turkey and duck calls including a vintage Lee Turkey call, a 50th anniversary Lynch turkey call, gun locks, Gerber blood tracking light, belt buckles, foam turkey hen decoy, seating for a crossbow, tree stand, marine band hand held radio transmitter, Coleman Catalytic heater

Fishing items include a few reels and rods as well as tackle, sinkers, tackle box, fishing nets, boat anchor, and more.  We also have a 14' fishing boat with trailer for sale and a separate trolling motor and oars for sale too.  

In collectables, besides the Griswold items listed above, we also have a child’s Toy sewing machine with the original box base from the USSR, Cast Iron Bank, Printing Block holder filled with miniatures, a really nice old vintage Coca-Cola cooler, a number of very old Motor Auto repair manuals going back to 1958, older crocks, old cobbling stands, vintage Dorman Parts Cabinet

In household items we have a Sentry fire-resistant lockbox, luggage, holiday décor for Easter, Halloween, and Christmas, storage totes, canning jars, a canner, a large number of coolers of various sizes, Turkey Fryer

In tools we have a number of Grizzly Pneumatic nail guns, very nice graduated set of SK wrenches, Wrenches, pliers, old Columbian Vise (045NA), a nice Craftsman upright compressor, Craftsman Router, Router Table, Weller soldering iron, drills, rivet gun with rivets, Drill bits, framing clamps, C-Clamps, Drill Press, table saw, Band Saw, Sanding belt, Large Craftsman two piece tool box, Belt Sander, Planer table, Table Top Grinder, steel storage cabinets, Shop Vac

In lawn and garden, we do have a nice table with two chairs, a John Deere D110 riding lawn mower, hand tools, gardening tools, gas powered edger, Stihl Blower, chainsaw, and weed trimmer, Craftsman 4 stroke 2 stage snow thrower like new, Dynamark 5hp Garden front-end Tiller, Battery Chargers, Werner 8’ step ladder, Schwinn Caliente 10 Speed Mens Bicycle

We do have a little bit in the way of scrap with several electric motors and buckets containing metal scrap

We also have box lots in both the garage and down in the basement area.  We also have a lot more not mentioned and more is being brought to the home for sale by our staff.
