Whole home estate sale on Cemetary Rd Feb 12-14

This sale will be held at 1071 Cemetery Rd in Montoursville.  This sale will be held on February 12 and 13th with the 13th and 14th being snow dates if needed.   This sale will include both floors and the garage of the home. 

IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS:   Parking will be limited at the address to staff only and people needing to park close due to physical needs.   Parking along the side of the road the home is very tricky because of a ditch on the side of the road.  There is additional parking available on the side of the road opposite of the home, but please only park off the road if conditions warrant you being able to park and leave safely without being stuck. 

This estate has some very nice vintage clothing sizes medium to large.  We are also planning on bringing in additional clothing sized Large-XL as well as ladies purses.  We also have a selection of men’s clothing featuring hunting real-tree coats and more.   We also have some children’s clothing too!

All the furniture is in good condition overall, with names like Pennsylvania House (and not seconds).  There is a really nice round drop leaf table with two leafs from the Lewisburg Chair and Furniture Factory.  We also have two other rectangle drop leaf tables in the dining room along with two very nice pine hutches.     Plenty of plank bottom and other sitting chairs are also in this area and throughout the home.    There are two awesome chairs from the Jamestown Furniture company straight out of the 60’s and ready for your vintage room décor.    There is a very nice full size maple bed frame with headboard, sideboards and foot-board and there is also have a twin headboard in white wicker and several frame sets for twin-full size beds.  This sale has several dressers including a pine dresser from Pennsylvania House and a really nice set of dresser with mirror, chest, and night-stand in a mid-century modern design by Franklin Chockey (Lexington NC), done in hand burnished pine, in the master bedroom.   There is an awesome and more modern bookshelf from Pennsylvania House for sale too!   Make sure you check out the darling Farm Table on casters that we will be selling too, it comes with a glass top and is in very good condition.   In the living room we also have additional furniture including a leather top coffee table with matching end tables and another end table which is made by another manufacturer.  There is a beautiful mahogany stained knee hole desk with glass top for sale too!   We will  be offering an entertainment stand in a blonde style that is Free to anyone wanting it.  

In appliances:  we will be selling a Maytag 24 Cu Ft Side x Side Refrigerator/Freezer in black which will not be sold early.  If you need one, this will be the sale for you!   We also will be selling a vintage electric dryer at that is working well, but it is dated!   We also may have a Freezer which is out in the garage for sale just-in-case the buyer falls through on this item.  

In electronics and collectables, we have a Sega Genesis 16 bit (model 1601) console with controllers and one game.  We also have a nice 24”  flat-panel tv with remote along with a computer printer, AM/FM stereo with dual cassette deck,  We have a nice German Haenel Air Pistol from the 1930-1940 range.  Still holds air.   Two beautiful antique electric medallion light fixtures what you have to see!   There is a Conn Trumpet model 20B with its original case.  In Christmas collectibles, we have several Knee Holding elves and two smaller ceramic Christmas trees.  Other collectibles include Barbie and Ken Dolls, Vintage Children’s books, McCoy Acorn Jardinair (2), Craftsman Leather Handle Hunting Knife with original sheath, Vitamix Side Winder blender, Olympic 500 Real, Great Lakes 76 Reel, Penn 149 Deep Sea Reel, old fishing lures including Crazy Chad Lure, Papala Deep Diver, Jitter Bug, and much more in fishing/spinning lures.  We also have a original Canasta Game and a vintage Monkey Collection.  There is also a vintage adjustable dress-form for the seamstress in your home! 

We will also be bringing in lots of Sterling Silver Jewelry and limited Gold Jewelry along with some costume jewelry.   We do not have pictures of the all things that we have added and items and tools which are out in the garage which will be sold as well.
