We accept cash only. No $100 or $50 bills will be accepted. Please supervise children! We are not responsible for accidents. Must arrange own transportation for removal of furniture and lifting heavy items before the end of sale. Full payment is required before items leave property. Everything SOLD AS IS. All sales are final - NO RETURNS. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. Everything must go, no reasonable offers will be refused! You are entering this property and sale at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accidents on or about the property. No public bathrooms.

The sale will take place on November 17th and 18th from 8am to 3pm both days.  People will be allowed in groups of 15 on a first- come first-serve basis. There will be one central checkout area for cash payment.  No checks or other forms of payment will be accepted.

Parking

Parking will be well marked on the property of the home.  There will be a designated entrance and exit. Please no parking directly in front of the house - this space will be used for furniture pick up and loading of other large items.  Parking will be located behind the house. There is no parking on the street. The gates will be opened for parking at 7:30am.
