There is a parking lot on the property. The gate to the property on comfort road will open at 8:30 AM. Please do not block the roads. We will open the door at 10 am on the dot. We do not honor any other sign in sheet started by customers, NO pre-sales or pre-pricing.
Please follow signage for parking and to the entrance door for the sale. Please be respectful of the property and do not roam.
We accept cash (preferred) , venmo, and credit cards. Purchases must be $100 or more to use card or venmo.
We are not responsible for accidents. You are entering the property at your own risk. Any damage is your responsibility.
Sale is conducted under video surveillance.
All sales are final and AS IS - no returns.

This sale will take place over 3 days. The house is filled with a lifetime of collections. Items will be sold from main house and barn. Please keep checking back or visit our website goldentreeestateservices.com for updated photos of items added to the sale. Paxson Hill farm has been a magical place enjoyed by many over the years. Although this is not the day to tour the gardens, we invite you to shop the contents of the main farmhouse and barn for their estate liquidation sale. You will find many beautiful and unique items.
This is a private residence. Please be respectful of property. Enter from Comfort Rd where you will see signs for the estate sale and parking. After entering through the gate and going down the driveway, there is a parking lot on your right that you can park in and then walk to the main house. There will be one entrance and one exit into and out of the main house. The large red barn close to the main house will also be open with tons of items.
