Parking:

Street parking is available—please don’t make enemies for us. No blocking driveways, no parking too close to stop signs, and absolutely no tires on the grass. If it looks questionable, it probably is. When in doubt, park a little farther away and enjoy the stroll.

Bring Help:

If you’ve got your eye on something big, bring backup. No holds, no exceptions—if you love it, claim it. All items must be out by 2:00 PM Sunday.

Payment:

Cash, Venmo, and credit cards accepted. Credit cards come with a small processing fee. Personal checks…absolutely not.

As-Is Means As-Is:

Everything is sold as is. No returns, no refunds, no “but it worked in my imagination.” Items have not been tested, so give them a good once-over before committing.

Safety:

You’re entering at your own risk. This is a real home. Watch your step, especially on stairs.

No Food or Drinks:

Snacks stay outside. We love a crumb-free browsing experience. No sticky fingers (food or theft).

Pricing:

No prices will be shared online. Everything is individually priced and sold first come, first served. Hesitate and it might go home with someone else.
