Generations in Paradise Internet-only Auction

1. This auction will close on Sunday, October 26 at 7 pm. Lots will close approximately every 20 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for three minutes after the latest bid.
2. A preview will be held on Tuesday, October 21 from 5-7 pm in Paradise, PA please email Mike@KellerAuctioneers.com for the address. It will be available 48 hours prior to preview. 3. The pickup of items is Monday, October 27 from 5-7 in Paradise, PA. The location will be listed with your winning bid info at the close of the auction. Everything must be picked up by 7:00pm. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items or property not picked up by the designated date and time, and will forfeit their right and claim to the property. Proper identification and proof of payment is required. Your email receipt can serve as proof of payment.
4. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items.
5. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate.
6. NOTICE: Keller Auctioneers will not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything must be picked up by 7 pm on October 27, 2014.
7. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
8. Keller Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 9. Applicable taxes include PA sales tax of 6%
10. This auction has a 10% buyer's premium and 6% PA sales tax. This means that a final bid of $100 plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $110 with sales tax of $6.60 for a total due of $116.60.
11. Payment accepted is MasterCard, Visa and Discover only. Buyer's purchases will be paid with the credit card used to register for this auction.

14. There are no shipping or packing services offered by Keller Auctioneers.
