House is pet-free and smoke-free. Many terrific items, including:
  • Kent-Coffey bedroom set (The Sabrina), all original finish and hardware; Full size bed w/ headboard and footboard, dresser and mirror, chest with 5 drawers, & 2 night stands.
  • Bernhardt dining room set, including 6 chairs (one with arms), 2 pedestal table with 1 leaf and table pads, buffet (sideboard), china cabinet.
  • Mid century modern blond china cabinet, Distinctive Furniture by Stanley, with 2 glass sliding doors.
  • Walker Zanger marble top living room set of 4 tables; Coffee table, 2 end tables, 2-tiered side table.
  • Young Hinkle bedroom set, including a full size bed w/ canopy frame, dresser and mirror, 1 night stand.

         Projector is in working condition.

PLEASE NOTE that this is not a finished phone booth. This is definitely a refurb project for the right person.
The phone booth is in pieces in the garage and in the basement. You will need to remove all of the pieces.
