All lots are sold strictly as-is, where-is, with all faults. Vintadelphia makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding authenticity, attribution, provenance, condition, or merchantability. Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect items in person or through a qualified representative prior to bidding.

Photographs, Descriptions & Measurements

All condition notes, descriptions, photographs, and measurements are provided as a guide only. Items may show minor wear, scuffs, or imperfections consistent with age and vintage condition. Images are intended for reference and may not fully capture color, texture, or condition nuances. Variations between listed information and the actual item are not considered grounds for return. All dimensions and weights are approximate and should be independently verified by the bidder prior to purchase.

Authenticity Claims

If a lot is explicitly described as genuine and is later reasonably suspected to be counterfeit, the buyer must submit a written claim within 14 days of sale. This claim must include supporting documentation from a qualified third-party expert in the relevant field (such as a certified appraiser, foundation, artist estate, or museum professional), at the buyer?s expense.

In the event of conflicting expert opinions, Vintadelphia reserves the right to obtain an independent expert evaluation, which shall be considered final. If a refund is approved, it will include the original purchase price, buyer?s premium, applicable sales tax, and any shipping fees collected directly by Vintadelphia. Return shipping remains the responsibility of the buyer. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the item is received and verified in returned condition.

Shipping Responsibility

All shipping costs, including packing, insurance, handling, and logistics fees, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Storage & Pickup Terms

Items must be picked up or a confirmed pickup/shipping arrangement must be scheduled within 30 days of the auction close. Items not collected or scheduled within this timeframe will be considered abandoned. Abandoned property may be reabsorbed and resold by Vintadelphia without refund.

Third-Party Shipping Liability

Once items are released to a third-party shipper or logistics provider, Vintadelphia assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or handling thereafter. All claims related to transit must be directed solely to the selected shipping provider.
