AYP Today Showroom Sale - Two Must See Bikes, Furniture, Clothing, Henn Pottery and a Long Board

Buyer's Contract. When you bid on the AYP Today website, you are entering into a contract. You are responsible for paying all amounts due to AYP Today. Please do not bid If you are not 18 or older or cannot pay for and pick up the items during the times specified.
Item Descriptions. All items are sold “AS-IS” - “WHERE-IS”. Please be aware, many of the items AYP Today sells are antique, vintage, or used. You should expect signs of wear consistent with age. AYP Today could not list every flaw associated with each item as these are to be expected. Several pictures are taken from different angles and in front of a grid and on a scale to aid in the bidding decision.
Preview. AYP Today offers a preview for every auction to allow you the opportunity to see any item in person before placing a bid. Please attend to personally access condition.
Bidding Instructions. There are two options to bid. If you wish to set a maximum price please use the box on the right, “Your Maximum”. Your bidding will be automatically raised to that amount limit. If you wish to place one bid at a time please use the box on the left “Your Bid”. Please contact the AYP Today office if you have any questions.
Increasing Your Own Bid. The system will ask you to review your bids after placing them to make sure you did not enter an amount in error. Please pay close attention to this to prevent you from entering a bid in error. Remember, if you place a bid in the "Your Bid" box instead of the "Your Maximum" box, the bid will immediately increase to the amount you entered (unless another bidder had a higher maximum bid). You can raise your own maximum bid by using the “Your”Maximum” bid box without increasing your current bid amount as long as the “Your Bid' box is left blank (the system will, however, warn you if you are already the high bidder). If you make a mistake before 24 hours of the sale close you can call or email info@AYP Today.com to request to have your error corrected. If made within 24 hours of closing, the bid will stand as it may have prevented other bidders from bidding.
Close of Internet Bidding. Items will begin to close at five items per minute on the scheduled date and start time of the online sale closing period. [All online sales will feature our automatic extension system. If an item receives a bid within the last 5 minutes, the close time will be extended 5 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to be extended for 5 minutes with each newly placed bid and the item will not close until 5 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity.] On the final day of the sale the system will tell you exactly how much time is remaining (remember to be sure to continue to refresh your screen or hit the 'Review Bids' button). The items will close in the order listed on the AYP website unless otherwise noted above.
Winning bids Once the item has closed, the item will be awarded to the winning internet bidder of record and an emailed invoice will be sent at the start of next day's business. All bids placed by registered buyers on items are a legally binding contract and you are required to pay for all items you have won. Full payment is required prior to removing all merchandise. Failure to pay and remove items may result in forfeiture of the item and bidding as a buyer in good standing resulting in blocked from future transactions until the issues are resolved.
Retention of Credit Card Information. By providing your Visa or MasterCard credit card information to AYP Today, you authorize AYP Today to charge your credit card for the purchase amount of any successful bid plus associated taxes, shipping costs (if any) and Handling Fees (if any, as defined below). You also agree and acknowledge that your credit card information will be kept on file by AYP Today so long as you maintain an account with AYP Today. Purchases over $1,000 using a credit card will be charged an additional 2%.
Payment Forms Accepted. Successful bidders will pay and pick up items in person during the pickup times listed on the auction home page. In the event that you do not wish to pay with the credit card provided to AYP Today, you may pay with cash or check.
Limitation of Liability. You agree that AYP Today is not responsible for the acts or omissions of AYP Today or other carriers in packing or shipping of purchased lots, whether or not such carrier is recommended by AYP Today.
Sales Tax. All sales are subject to appropriate state sales tax laws and will be reflected on your invoice. Vendors must provide the appropriate Vendors license information (state and license #) prior to bidding.
Pickup. You must make your own arrangements to have your items picked up by yourself or the agent of your choosing. However, this must take place during the scheduled pick up times and AYP Today must receive payment for your invoice amount prior to releasing your items.
Alternate pickup. If after winning an item you determine you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled removal date and time you must contact AYP Today 24 hours prior to the scheduled removal date and time to determine if alternate arrangements can be made. AYP Today, in its sole discretion, may arrange for the transport of the purchased items to our warehouse. Items which must be moved from one location to another in order to make alternate pickup arrangements are subject to a minimum handling fee of $5.00 plus $2.50 for each additional item. You agree that AYP Today may charge a higher Handling Fee, in its absolute and sole discretion, for certain items which are difficult to transport.
Forfeiture of Items. Failure to Pay. Any items not paid for in accordance with the AYP Today Terms and Conditions will be forfeited by you. AYP Today may, in its sole and absolute discretion, resell the items or donate the items to a charity of AYP Today’s choosing. AYP Today reserves the right to report your account to collections for the combined total of the original invoice amount and any moving, storing or disposal charges.
Failure to Pick-Up Items. If twenty one calendar days have passed from the close of the auction and the item(s) have not been picked up, you will be considered to have forfeited said item(s) and title will revert to AYP Today .
Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against AYP Today must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Allegheny County PA.
