Street parking available, but will be tight. Do not block anyone’s driveway and be respectful of the neighbors. Rude behavior will not be tolerated!

This is a PUBLIC ESTATE SALE. All items will be priced for “Cash & Carry.” We accept credit cards for purchases over $25.00.  No early birds or presales. We do not disclose prices prior to sale. No holds. You may line up early. First come, first serve.  Please bring your own packing materials and equipment to move items.
