Please do not bid in items marked PICK UP ONLY, NO SHIPPING if you cannot pick up. Pick up times start on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 at 9am. Our usual office hours are M-F 9:00AM to 4:00PM.
A 15% buyers premium will be added to total bid amounts. There is a 4% credit card processing fee for the total amount due when calling our office. Shipping charges will be handled in the same manner.
All items are sold 'as-is', 'where-is' with no warranties, or guarantees.
All sales are Final and No Returns.
Some items may be subject to a reserve which is the confidential minimum price below which the lot will not be sold. Freeman Yoder Auctions may execute a bid on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve. Under no circumstances will the auctioneer place any bid on behalf of the consignor above the reserve. The auctioneer will not specifically identify bids placed on behalf of the consignor to protect the reserve.
The auctioneer is the sole ruling party on all disputes.
