Payment Methods.
We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App. Sorry, no other forms of payment will be accepted.

Pricing and Discounts.
Prices are firm on the first day of the sale. Discounts may be offered on the second day. To better serve our clients, we reserve the right to sell items prior to scheduled sale days. In those cases, we will make every effort to update the ad and remove those pictures accordingly.

Liability and Safety.
Attendees enter the property at their own risk. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/stolen personal belongings. Children must be supervised at all times. No large bags, backpacks, or outside food or drinks permitted.

Item Pickup.
All purchased items must be removed by the buyer before the sale's designated closing time unless special arrangements are made. Some large furniture and large items must be picked up during the last hour of that sale day. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own moving/lifting assistance. We do not provide moving services.

Abandoned Items.
Items not picked up within the agreed timeframe may be considered abandoned, and we reserve the right to resell or dispose of them.

Conduct and Fair Practices.
To ensure fairness, we do not release prices prior to the sale. No unauthorized buying, selling, or soliciting is allowed on the premises.

Changes to Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Parking.
There is street parking available. Please do not park in, or in front of, any driveways.
