Payment Methods:
We accept cash and major credit cards.
A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
Liability:
Halcyon Days Estate Sales and the homeowners accept no responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur on the property during the sale.
Attendees enter the premises at their own risk.
All Sales Final:
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.
As-Is Condition:
All items are sold "as-is," with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
Pricing:
Prices are non-negotiable during the sale hours unless otherwise indicated.
Discounts may be applied on the final day of the sale at our discretion.
Item Removal:
Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
Buyers are responsible for the removal and transportation of their purchases. Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff cannot assist with lifting or loading items.
Entry and Access:
Entry to the sale may be limited based on the size of the property and the number of attendees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for any reason.
Security:
For the safety and security of all, large bags, backpacks, and purses may be subject to inspection.
Surveillance cameras may be in use during the sale.
Conduct:
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property.
Signage and Directions:
Please follow all signage and directions provided by Halcyon Days Estate Sales staff while on the property.
Parking:
Attendees must not block driveways or access points.
Announcements:
Announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any previous advertisements or announcements.

If you love the thrill of discovery, this is the perfect sale to explore. Inside and outside, you’ll find a mix of items that make for a true picker-style experience — the kind of sale where the fun is in the hunt and the treasure might be hiding in the next corner.

Clothing for everyday wear and winter layering
Toys and games ready for new homes
Home décor and accent pieces
Indoor and outdoor furniture
Lawn furniture, hammocks, and a full trampoline (bring tools if you’d like to take it apart!)
A Cub Cadet lawn tractor
Assorted tools and handy lawn tools
Boxes and tucked-away items waiting to be discovered throughout the home and property
For those who enjoy really digging in, you may want to bring gloves — there are boxes and areas where a little hands-on searching can lead to the best finds.

The house sits at the corner of Snyder Rd and Rocky Rd. We recommend parking on Rocky Rd, as entry to the sale will be through the back door.

Please treat the property and items with care. Anyone tossing or damaging items will be asked to leave. We also maintain zero tolerance for theft.
